GamesShop Click curates objects designed for living rooms, libraries, and workspaces rather than disposable merchandise bins. We do not sell hollow plastic novelties that crack under thumb pressure. When you allocate an item through our Denver studio—whether a $3 machined brass cable anchor, a $48 cast iron d20 bookend pair, or a $1850 modular walnut credenza—your investment is supported by real material guarantees.

Our guarantee protects against manufacturing defects, thermal firing flaws in ceramics, raw material impurity failures, and mortise-and-tenon joint detachment. It applies exclusively to original trade purchasers and domestic clients who received verified invoices from Gamesshop.

We pack every piece by hand at 300 East 17th Avenue using multi-layer unbleached ribbed kraft wrap, custom shredded timber void-fill, and double-wall heavy corrugated cartons. Solid furniture items travel in timber-reinforced structural freight crates.

Despite these packaging standards, third-party freight carriers occasionally mishandle packages. When receiving your delivery:

1. Examine the outer corrugated carton or timber crate immediately upon delivery. Note any visible punctures, crushing, or torn banding directly on the courier receipt.
2. Open the box and inspect the contents within 48 hours of receipt.
3. If an item is fractured or scuffed, photograph the outer box, the shipping label showing the barcode, and the damaged object from two angles.
4. Transmit the photographs and your receipt number to office@gamesshop.click within the 48-hour window.

Upon receipt of photographic evidence, Anna will approve an immediate replacement from our reserved studio inventory or commission an expedited workshop remake at zero expense to you.

4. Studio Returns & Exchange Process

If a catalog piece does not suit your interior lighting, room scale, or desk arrangement, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to honest craft conditions:

• The item must remain in unblemished, like-new condition, showing no liquid stains, scuffs, candle burning, or scratches.
• The piece must be repackaged in its original unbleached kraft box with inner structural cushioning intact.
• Clients are responsible for return shipping costs with tracking to our Denver studio: GamesShop Returns, 300 East 17th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80203.
• Alternatively, local Denver clients may schedule a complimentary return drop-off at the studio by contacting us beforehand.

Once our inspection bench verifies the item’s condition, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within three business days. We do not assess restocking penalties on catalog items.

5. Custom Orders & Architectural Commissions

Custom hardwood furniture, dimensioned media credenzas, custom laser-cut isometric wall installations, and personalised trade gift bundles ($25–$1850) involve dedicated timber milling and bespoke workshop labor.

Bespoke orders are fully protected under our 5-year structural joinery warranty. However, because materials are cut to your exact room specifications, custom commissions cannot be cancelled or returned for buyer’s remorse once rough timber surfacing has commenced in Denver.
